Surrounded by the serene desert energy, we’ll come together for Women Wellness Wednesday, embracing the breeze, releasing what no longer serves us, and finding calm through the power of creative expression.

No art skills are needed—just an open heart. Through guided therapeutic art practices, you’ll discover the joy of expressing yourself freely, releasing emotions onto the canvas, and awakening your authentic self.

The first workshop will be held in our cozy studio, offering a warm and intimate atmosphere. Next month, we’ll take our practice outdoors under the desert sky, allowing nature to deepen our healing journey.
